If I could give a zero out five I would. I took my vehicle to Franco Auto Upholstery in Lawndale, CA and spoke to Sophia, who inspected my Jeep’s sky roof that is broken. It doesn’t roll back. I also sent her a picture before bringing my jeep. My daughter and I were going out of town and we dropped off my vehicle. Sophie at Franco auto upholstery was very attentive, informative, and best of all fair with her pricing. My car was “detailed” at a local detailing service and upon leaving my steering wheel started to dial multiple phone numbers in my phone list. The volume wasn’t working and I couldn’t hang up the calls.
