I called to schedule an appointment today and was notified that I was terminated as a patient. This was done without notice and I was told that “if (I) was more regular with my visits, maybe things would be different.” I haven’t been in just a couple of years. I have spent thousands in their optical shop and am now going to happily take my business elsewhere. This office bullies you into purchasing from their optical shop. My advice? AVOID!
