I went at normal business hours and rang the bell so that I could shop new prescription eye glasses and was ignored.
I GUESS ITS BLATANTLY OBVIOUS THAT WE DO NOT CONDONE ANY TYPE OF DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR TOWARDS OUR STAFF OR OTHER PATIENTS. NOR DO WE EXPECT APOLOGIES TO BE GIVEN TO THOSE THAT HANDED US NOTHING BUT UNKIND WORDS WHILE OUR ONE AND ONLY GOAL IS PATIENT SATISFACTION. WE LOVE TO SEE OUR PATIENTS HAPPY, NO MATTER THE COST. WE ALSO DO NOT FIND IT REWARDING TO OUR OTHERS PATIENTS TO BE EXPOSED TO SUCH BEHAVIORS AS WELL. Extremely unprofessional staff. Optical department manager not only unprofessional but extremely rude as well. Experienced long wait times for glasses and unprofessional customer service from staff. I was expecting a call from Dr Francke for an apology or explanation of the unprofessional service but instead was told he “could no longer see me as a patient.” Definitely would not recommend.
Love that office and the staff! They are great. I have such a great experience every time. The guys that work there are hilarious and are always smiling. Always feel at home there from front to back! You have to get your glasses there….most definitely a one of a kind experience with the lady in optical!
