I have called this company 4 times and emailed them twice. I can't even get a return phone call. I was very excited to work with them after viewing their portfolio online and am very disappointed.
I met with Pat and was excited to work with his company and move forward with our sod project. We agreed on the estimate and Pat planned on starting the project the following week. This was a small, one-day project. After coming out to the house on a Saturday, he took my email to send me a formal quote. After a few days of no response, I contacted Francissen on Tuesday and left a message on their voice mail. After 4 messages during the week and even emailing their group.
