Franciscus Homes built Harbor Walk II off Shore Drive in Norfolk, 1/2 mile east of Little Creek Road and the JEB Navy base.The last homes were built at the end of 2014. I discovered after the warranty of one year was up-- about March 2016-- that my electrical wiring did not follow Norfolk City Code in regard to the series (or order) that the outlets followed. the staff was very friendly and helpful, seemed to go out of their way for you. treated very well and the quality of my home is made well . during final walk thru everything even the smallest wee taken care of before we moved in . thanks
