Franciscus Homes built Harbor Walk II off Shore Drive in Norfolk, 1/2 mile east of Little Creek Road and the JEB Navy base.The last homes were built at the end of 2014. I discovered after the warranty of one year was up-- about March 2016-- that my electrical wiring did not follow Norfolk City Code in regard to the series (or order) that the outlets followed.
