The surgery went fine, however after the surgery no one let my family know how the surgery went. If you’re going to need shorter term disability I would look elsewhere. They had my form a full week and a half before my surgery and it’s nearly a week post op and they still haven’t found 5 mins to fax a form to my employer. I’m missing out on pay and all I get from them is “sorry about that.”
