Dr Rotta is fantastic! He listens to you and is very encouraging!
I took my 91 year old Dad to Dr Rotta on a referral. The Dr arranged other outside procedures through his staff. I have interacted with his staff several times now and I am very impressed with the level of kindness and helpfulness that I am receiving! These people care and have been an incredible blessing! I was able to get through right away every time.
I have had medical problems with MS for the last 5 years and after visiting a few Neurologists and so called experts I had completely lost faith in any so called medical help until a visit to Dr Rotta has totally changed my thinking and mindset of Doctors for the better.I left there with the feeling that I had been listened to and everything was explained to me so that I could understand where I was and where I would be heading in the future.Thank you Dr Rotta for everything and I can't wait for my next visit.Also a word for... read more
They rarely answer phone. I wonder why doctors don't manage this flaw.
Dr. Rotta is a good neurologist, but his staff and specially his nurse are mediocre, terrible and without empathy. We are waiting for an appointment, we even went in PERSON to the office to speak with the nurse, she ( Lucy) would avoid us, she would not call back. She would not hand Dr Rotta a psychological report from which my husband 's health depends on.
