I try to get answers from Optimum on line; it gets you nowhere per design. I am a senior, I pay $230 a month, no HBO, Showtime, STARZ… nothing extra. Even Euronews is on demand. I pay $10 for sports, I don’t want, and a 100 other useless channels. However, I never get a credit for the hours they are down! THEY CHARGE DIFFERENT PRICES FOR DIFFERENT ZONES, they divided territories so you have little or no options. Our elected officials are deaf, or worse.
