Al Michel was doing my personal an business taxes for years, I wondered why I was not getting replies to my emails regarding this years tax prep. Come to find out the company, and Al, were so unprofessional as to not notify long time customers that he had moved away to Colorado! How unprofessional to leave customers hanging!
