I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
One day I was very sick and I was almost sure I had a kidney infection. I was treated very rudely by the ladies at the desk because they said they did not take walk ins. I had been coming to this doctor for many years and he was very nice, but they would not even go ask him if I could sit and wait. I finally went to the clinic and found a very nice doctor who was shocked that they would not let me in since I was a patient of Dr. Calica. I will never go back.
