Unfortunately this review is regarding Dr. Rodriguez’s staff. I don’t see why he doesn’t take this seriously. He’s approaching an age where he’s becoming forgetful and relying on his staff. Everyone is extremely rude and do not do follow ups and such. It’s basic front office management. The referral department is horrendous! Miss Michelle is of no help and is extremely rude and makes it hard to communicate. I wish someone would take this seriously.
My first experience was in the phone and the front desk was amazing and accommodated my husbands needs. The second interaction was his appointment and they made my husband feel comfortable and we left knowing that the doctor and front desk staff cared..
Dr. Rodriguez is professional and polite. His staff though? Not so much. I've experienced it mostly over the phone when I've called in with inquiries. Thankfully usually the phone calls are brief. That is, mind you, when I am able to get through to someone over the phone. I understand though it is a doctor's office and I've personally seen how busy it can get there. Great staff, the nurses show that they care. Maria is very caring when it comes to her patients. I get anxious when I come to the doctor, so they always give me time to relax before I take my blood pressure. They understand my situation when I can't make my appointments and give me second chances. Dr. Rodriguez is a easy person to talk to and is very informative. He tries to help you make change before putting you on medication. He is a great doctor, definitely recommend him and his staff.
This dr is the worst by far. Staff is rude, doesn’t know what they’re doing and are extremely rude when you call and ask questions on something you need! Looking for a new dr as we speak.
