Very knowledgeable staff. Dr Cota is very good with his patients. He takes his time to understand each patients needs. Dr Cota stays very close to his appt times, which is rare with Dr's today.
El Dr F Cota es excelente y muy profesional. Los dos asistentes directos (un joven y una joven) también se conducen muy profesional. El personal de recepción es el que necesita entrenamiento de como tratar al publico/pacientes. Llegué y me forme en línea. Después de diez minutos de ser ignorado tuve que interrumpir a una empleada para informarle que tenía cita. En vez de disculparse se mostró molesta por la interrupción! Nadie de ese grupo se ofreció ayudar ni siquiere reconocer (acknowledge) la presencia de uno!
