Terrible service. Lately, they've been giving you appointments for up to three months. They don't accept new patients. If you're a patient and cancel or reschedule your appointment, they block you. They don't give you the opportunity to consult for one reason or another. There's always something. Terrible place to consult. It's not what it used to be.
Dr. Chacon is an absolute legend and I hope you read this review personally, 1 of the best out there
I am changing my primary care physician to Dr. Chacon. The first visit was very encouraging Dr. Chacon met with me to discuss my health and answered all questions. Additionally, I did not feel rushed, and Dr. Chacon was very attentive, knowlegable, and informative. The whole experience was very welcoming
I called and Jessica answer the phone and needs to check on my insurance......if you don't know..just let me know but has some education with people and don't hang up on patients...NEVER RECOMEND
Run, run, and run this practice does not care about the true health of the patient. Also, if you have a scheduled appointment expect to wait at LEAST one hour to be seen. Very disappointed in the quality of medical care that I received or in this case did NOT receive. Beware.
