Dr, Burgos gets five stars from me! He is caring, capable, and has been my doctor for decades. That said, the office staff has declined in quality, and it's become almost impossible to reach my wonderful doctor because the call center is now remote and staffed by people with no medical knowledge at all. He's worth it, but I am sad to see reviews for this wonderful man that are so scathing when I doubt he has any control over the situation.
Front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional. Don't schedule around lunch time because they will change appointment time, then say you are late and have to reschedule. It happened twice. We had the appointment card to prove it was 11:45 not 11:30? They did not care! It was to check eye pressure and should not have been rescheduled without asking Dr Burgos unless that's how he treats his patients. Will not return!
