This is ridiculous. I've been here way longer than I needed too. I'm usually pretty chill about waiting because I know things take time ,but obviously people have things to do and we can't just wait endlessly for whoever to twiddle their thumbs and type on their keyboards. Some of the members were nice but that’s not the point. They obviously need some order in there.
Went in for a work place injury. There were 2 people in the lobby and it took them 30+ minutes to call me back. Then left me sitting in the exam room for over 45 minutes, X-rays on my knee took forever. I was there for over 3 hours for the doctor to spend 5 minutes total in the room. Complete joke.
Went in for a random drug test was forced to wait for over 3 hours (a severely long time to hold my bladder) refused to let me leave or release my state drivers license. An absolute disgrace
I walked in about 9am, and the waiting room was full! Mondays! Every customer was cleared within an hour. A shout out to the staff at Laporte, the receptionist, drug screening tecnician and the examiner! Clean facilty and professional staff.
