We transferred to Franciscan Women's Health at Virginia Mason during my third trimester after finding the care we'd received elsewhere to be a bit rushed and impersonal. This was our first pregnancy. I have been a patient here since the early days of my pregnancy in March 2023. All of the staff members, from the nurses, midwives, doctors, and receptionists have all been so kind and attentive to my needs and have been advocates for me every step of the way. I even made a mistake on my appointment time after needing to reschedule it, and they still accommodated despite me being 20 minutes late. My prenatal care experience at Virigina Mason has been amazing! The team of midwives are very compassionate, listens to my concerns and questions, very knowledgeable, and never pushy with their own professional advice. They are clear with my options regarding my care and making sure that I’m deciding what’s best for me and my birth plan. Almost no wait time. Friendly front desk. The Nurse Practitioner, Stephanie, was awesome - sociable, charismatic, and genuine. I appreciate how a simple pap appointment can turn into an overall enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!
