I'd give zero star if I could. If you're not taking transfers, just tell patients when they call to make an appointment, instead of booking and cancelling the appointment last minute. I made the appointment 45 days in advance and you cancelled only one business day before the appointment date. Initially I booked my first prenatal visit with Franciscans since I wanted to establish care and deliver with them. My daughter delivered herself cause the doctor left me 9.5 centimeters for 2 hours while I was in intense pain(this was my third baby I knew they were wrong) never even came back I woke up to a nurse and told her I felt a pop and there was my baby in a puddle of blood…the doctor never apologized never even came to check on my baby my daughter was in the hospital 3 days later after birth…this doctor was extremely money hungry she had WAY TO MANY patients she literally forgot about me during my labor. This office has weird service. I was 6 weeks pregnant got miscarriage and they didn't helped even once all they said u only saw a nurse our office didn't see a ob so we can't do anything or give u any other appointment until u saw our office doc once. After coming from ER each time I called them that ER people told me to see OB asap all they say each time ur ultrasound will not be diff then ER you have to wait. Even when I was having bleeding all they said ur appointment is on March 13 can't see you u sooner. Very ridiculous... read more
