Lack of assistance I received regarding a recent prescription is just disappointing. A prescription was sent to a pharmacy over a week ago, but I’ve been unable to get in touch with them to fill it. I understand that this may be out of their control, but when I asked to have the prescription sent to a different pharmacy closer to my home, I was told that Kimberly would need to cancel and resend it, and that I would need to have the new pharmacy call in the request. Absolutely unacceptable experience. My partner went in with clear, concerning symptoms and was completely dismissed. They lied about having diagnostic tools like an ultrasound, then brushed off her symptoms without even doing a basic checkup. No evaluation, no effort — just pure negligence. This is not just poor care, it’s dangerous.
Kate was very kind, gentle, and seems knowledgeable but be SURE you specify any testing you do and do not want at this facility at the time of the appointment. If you do not explicitly state you do not want STD screening, they will order it along with your pap smear. I found out they did this to me one month following my appointment when I received a $776.50 bill from LabCorp for STD screening my insurance does not cover and I did not agree to nor do I have risk factors for. Be very wary if you decide to go here.
