Dr. Valdes is wonderful, whoever is working at the front desk this morning absolutely is not. I unfortunately have to switch providers, because the way that the front office staff here treats patients is beyond absurd. I originally avoided returning to this clinic after I heard similar stories from other patients, about who I assume, is the same older gal on the phone. Always had a good experience here with multiple pregnancies. Dr. Kahn and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
This place is understaffed, and the people are disrespectful. I had an appointment that was rescheduled multiple times by the office because of their own inability to keep commitment. When I finally got in they were 15 minutes late getting me back and I had to leave. After a 3 week wait, I showed up with two kids in tow at 8:10 for my 8:00 appointment and they said they couldnt see me. Doctor canceled on me when I needed to be seen due to severe issues, they wouldn’t take anything seriously when I said something was wrong and needed help. Then they wouldn’t see me after I let them know I was running late due to an accident I was 2 mins past their mark and the nurse said to mark me as a no show. I showed up after traveling from Bonney lake and was met with lack of empathy or care with the severity of unknown issues going on.
