Ive been coming here for probably 4yrs and they have been so amazing and pay attention to detail
Wonderful service right from the get go. Front desk personnel was warm and helpful (with genuine smiles). Even the nurse who checked me inside the room and Dr. Chang were genuine, efficient and caring. Im so happy I did my research. Dr. Elaine Chang is pretty high rated online at several sites and I was not disappointed. I had an appointment I took at this location as I wasn’t feeling well and first available appointment at all the locations was this. It was my first time being in that area so I got lost was late for like 10 minutes past my check in time! I explained to the lady at the front desk while I was about to pass out, I asked plz tell the provider I think something is wrong with my baby and she came back with a NO! Dr Chang was dismissive of the pain I felt from an ovarian cyst. Said, “that shouldn’t hurt.” Told me to get an ultrasound every 6 months, but their office doesn’t bother to send out reminders. I felt that she did not care at all. Now, my cyst is quite a bit larger and surgery has become inevitable.
I had an appointment with Dr. Chang regarding severe pelvic pain that I have been experiencing for a long time. While the doctor listened to me attentively and maintained a positive and friendly demeanor, she unfortunately did not provide any meaningful help. She did not suggest further tests, referrals, or any additional examinations and only recommended taking painkillers.
