Rude secretary who gave me BS instructions for waiting to check in like I’m a 5-year-old. I followed her dumb rule next time I came in, and of course it turned out to be total BS! Thinking of switching to a different provider—clearly the staff here isn’t here to help you.
The best!!! I traveled an hour just to go to this specific clinic because it was so wonderful. They were helpful, flexible, understanding, and actually listened to me.
I like the care team and staff, I’ve always been treated well, but I routinely wait upwards of thirty minutes on hold to reach someone. This is for all matters—reception, nurse etc. In the last three days alone I’ve waited for a cumulative 90 minutes on hold while trying to seek medical advice. This isn’t the staff’s fault, rather management doesn’t have enough people staffed to manage the calls. I’m considering switching practices because of this issue alone.
They made a mistake cancelling pre-authorized appointment and there's no way to reschedule within months so I had to give up on having doctor's medical concern looked at with coverage. Very poorly run.
Would never trust this office with service… I called to make sure I had the right time written down and they had me down for a totally different appointment then I was supposed to go in for and the customer service was horrible and rude… needless to say I canceled that appointment and found a new office.
