Omg you can’t believe how rude and unprofessional are the receptionist here specially the male receptionist on second floor . Their behavior is so disgusting and disrespectful like u feel you are a convict or something they look down on patients ,I could say a lot about them but I just mentioned the most obvious one
@4tphoto, if you see this, you need to call a lawyer. That is treatment without consent and depending on the situation, can be medical battery if they don't remove it, especially if you have clarified you turned it down and they decide their medical opinion is more important than your choice. This place is horrible.

I strongly advise against obtaining prenatal care from this facility. Over a month after my initial visit, bloodwork was performed without my consent when I was scheduled for a genetics screening. I had explicitly declined this testing, and the genetics test I requested was not performed.
