Terrible service! It’s the Mc Donald’s of health care! In, out, NEXT! They were rude, didn’t give me time to express my concerns wam bam bub bye and on to the next. 3 weeks later still waiting for blood results I called them and they just said it’s normal! They didn’t even explain what the results were for the individual test. When I proceeded to ask them the lady just blew me off and said they sent it in the mail. Terrible service. I wish I would have never come to this clinic. I set up an appointment with Dr. Megan Crane, making it clear that I did not have health insurance and would be paying out of pocket for the appointment. Which I did. A month later I received multiple bills from Labcorp for "laboratory services", adding up to be a total of $1,314. I was NOT told by the doctor or any of the providers that the testing being done during the appointment would be sent to Labcorp and would have these kind of costs. I have been coming here for about three years they are very efficient and nice facility & machines the technicians are kind and have a warm way of keeping the visit upbeat.
