Went here trying to find better care than LMH, but quickly found out it was a mistake. This was the second office I went to for severe menstrual pain and instead of focusing on those options, they were more interested in me going somewhere else to see if I could get pregnant. The only option they gave was a hysterectomy, again, not dealing at all with options for the pain and tried to refer me to another area to see if I could get pregnant. I have never felt so offended and not listened to.

My experience with this facility and its' staff yesterday was horrific. I would never recommend this office to anyone. LARA KIM is rude and patronizing. This particular office should be shut down. I was treated terribly.

Well I was supposed to be in an appointment with Lucie McKee, but when I got there my ARNP was now Lara N Kim, which was a little odd to me, which don't get me wrong she was some what nice at first, but im sure my appointment with Lucie wouldve gone 10x better, Lara made you feel stupid, it's not like she was there to inform and help you at all. I also saw Dr. Pohlman and he was rude, very short with me, and referred to me as being dramatic when he wrote in my chart. I've been in a lot of physical pain and he dismissed it and didn't like me asking questions. I too, won't go back to him.
