Nurse Drake was terrible from the beginning. Antagonistic, unfriendly, condescending. Ridiculous wait time! I received a call from a person on staff saying it was “Urgent” and regarding my Elderly Father. I called the number she gave me and I am still on hold at 34 minutes and still waiting.
