Brought my brother here for a urinalysis and sat in the waiting room for 2.5 hours. Just give the guy a cup and let him go about his business. There is no reason handing someone a pee cup should take 5 minutes much less 2.5 hours!
Not sure why all of the bad reviews! My experience just shows you can’t just read reviews. I came in for congestion issues and I was out within an hour. The ladies in the front even though flustered a little because of some changes with patients appointments were very helpful! The nurse and Dr. Tyler were both nice and patient, and the security guard was very friendly. This is a walk in clinic, not an emergency room people.
Complete gong show. Went in, no one there, it's 3 hours later and all I can get from the nurse is that 2 different doctors are telling her 2 different things to do. And I'm still waiting. Find another "urgent" care.

If I could give 0 starts I would! They have the most terrible staff ever. They say a two hour wait and I was there over two hours and haven’t seen the doctor. Mind you they it was only three people ahead of me. I would not recommend.
