Apathetic employees, subpar communication skills, shallow care with no questions, exams, didnt even take my temperature, blood pressure, weight, exam my ear which I found very odd? Came in due to an ear pain, extremely bad congested cough, and chest pain. Left with an albuterol inhaler prescription? Went to Indigo Urgent care after wards and they did a full exam, tested me for many things, took a chest Xray and informed me I have a lung and ear infection that needs treatment right away.
