I was so sick, had fever and flue symptoms, they refused to see me. They said they have limited of patient to treat every day. It was only 1:15 in the afternoon. This is so strange to have this rule. This the urgent care, means to get the immediate medical attention. The doctor was there, the nurses were there, They were all chatting and laughing together in the back office without caring about people are in need of medical attention. This is disappointing.
The staff and Dr's are very caring and you can tell they enjoy their job and want to be there.
