When requested results. I was told the lab lost my sample they sent. Then when asked several times in separate phone calls to speak with somebody knowledgeable about what to do now, the front desk hung up on me and put voice mail on for the rest of the day without returning my calls. I’m an RN and annoyed at the lack of knowledge and disrespect from ancillary caregivers.
