Waited in ER from 4:30pm to pass 1:30am for a room in the hospital. No communication, correspondence or nurse/ doctor to be found.
They had an elderly woman sitting in the waiting room head spilt wide open and she just bandage and bleeding and she been sitting here for hours !!!! TERRIBLE!
When I visited this Hospital back in March of 2026-I could not have asked for better ER staff and treatment by the Physicians. Now, in August of 2026- there were patients waiting in the ER from 10am till 7pm plus…one lady said they may not see you till the literal next day!! We got there at 2:15 pm…it is now 9:25pm..we gave up and left! Wasted the entire day, and still no answers. This is now managed by Prime Health, so please-beware! And, plan on at minimum a 10 hour wait in ER, or more-depending on your condition.
