The hospital staff I have experienced has been decent. But Dr Kendra Kates is TERRIBLE. She doesn’t care about her patients. She cancelled an appointment 1 HOUR before my appointment that I waited 1 month for. She is horrible entitled and neglectful. Any hospital or healthcare facility that hires her is just as negligent. Go somewhere anywhere that she isnt
Wait time is absolutely awful. Been here over 2 hours and still nothing. They call a person to finally be evaluated about every half hour to an hour. There were patients wailing in pain, patients waiting to get stitches, and staff paid no mind to them and said to wait with everyone else. Er waiting room is packed and im still nowhere near being seen.
So horrible, they take forever with a question they forget things. They have an attitude and this place if filthy I mean absolutely disgusting. Why are they even still open??? If I could there would NO STARS at all.
