This location is grossly understaffed. They rescheduled my appointment multiple times and then insisted on rescheculing me for March because I got there at 8:10 for my 8:00 appointment with my two kids in tow.
I had tried making an appointment 2 separate times with a referral from my Dr because 2 providers here do numbing when replacing an iud- front desk told me they do not do numbing in that clinic & the closest location I could go to was 45+ minutes away. Went to my drs again & she was very annoyed because she referred me to them because she knows they preform it. I call again today, and get this, they do numbing! So I pushed this appointment back AT LEAST 6 MONTHS BECAUSE SOMEONE GAVE ME THE INCORRECT INFORMATION TWICE & they ... read more
Bad service, doesn't let me know they don't take my insurance till i've been waiting for 15 minutes in the lobby at the time of the appointment.
