My wife and I purchased a small RV camper about a year and a half ago and we’ve had so much fun because of it I would just like to say thank you to Dan his wife and the excellent customer service that they have provided with us for over a year now excellent team couldn’t be a better place to purchase an RV really great people and they sure are appreciated from these parts here.
Our experience with Franciscan RV has been excellent. Not only are we pleased with our RV purchase, but most importantly, we can't speak highly enough about the owners and service manager. This is a family-based business and the customer service is exceptional. Dan, Tammy, and John are honest, thorough, trustworthy, and entirely helpful. Specifically, after owning several units, we can truthfully say we have never received such an extensive orientation for our unit. It is like working with a good neighbor, it really is.
We had been looking for a trailer for sometime to fit our needs. When searching through google we came across a 2022 forest river toy hauler at franciscan rv. It was closed for the day but we decided to go ahead and apply for the loan through the website. Franciscan RV is absolutely the best! We purchased a motorhome from Dan years ago. We came back again to purchase another one. Dan and Tammy are very honest and Dan is extremely knowledgeable. They along with John provide the best service. Answer every question you may have even after you drive it off their lot. As far as we are concerned, there is no better RV dealership in New Mexico. If you are looking for an RV, go to Franciscan RV.
Franciscan RV is absolutely the best! I have owned RVs for years and this is the best service I have EVER had. John is knowledgeable, thorough and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is fixed right! I originally bought our trailer from Dan and Tammy at their previous location. They are both superb. If you want an RV, go to Franciscan. Fair, honest and totally above board on everything. 90 miles from me but it was definitely worth the drive.
