It’s took months for my case to be reviewed and months to get them to call me back to get the appointment. All calls go to a call center. Do they not have a receptionist? Unbelievable. I finally got my appointment, and I’m going to cancel and go elsewhere. I’m tired of having my time wasted. Do better!
I’m not sure what this place actually does or what kind of people work here. I’ve been calling for almost a year, many times, just trying to get an appointment. It always takes forever for someone to answer, and when they finally do, they place you on hold just to take your information. Then they promise that “the appointment center will call you back” — but that never happens. It honestly feels like they don’t care or aren’t doing their jobs properly.
