I don't usually write reviews, but after waiting nearly a year for this appointment, I felt compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, I never received a text, call, or email reminder about my new patient appointment. I missed the appointment, and to my surprise, I was informed that their policy is to deny any future visits permanently. I’ve never encountered such a strict policy before, and I was shocked by this response. Very disappointing
Been stuck going here because of insurance reasons. They have had so many doctors come and go I don't even know who my doctor is anymore. I've pretty much lost all faith in this facility.
The worst. Had a 20 min appt scheduled. I arrive and then receptionist told me, "Oh no, our mistake. You need an hour appointment. We can see you in four months." I drove 45 minutes to that appointment. Another time I showed up for an appt and the provider was sick. No one called me in time. I did not find out until I got there--45 min drive later. The place is a mess. Don't go there.
