Waited almost 5 months for an appointment, today was finally my appointment, got there waited 30 minutes to be told they had to cancel my appointment because of computer problems. And they won’t be able to reschedule me until the middle of November, that means I would have to wait 9 months to see a doctor, unacceptable! So frustrated!
I don't usually write reviews, but after waiting nearly a year for this appointment, I felt compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, I never received a text, call, or email reminder about my new patient appointment. I missed the appointment, and to my surprise, I was informed that their policy is to deny any future visits permanently. I’ve never encountered such a strict policy before, and I was shocked by this response. Very disappointing
Been stuck going here because of insurance reasons. They have had so many doctors come and go I don't even know who my doctor is anymore. I've pretty much lost all faith in this facility.
