I had an appointment scheduled a month in advance, only to receive a call 40 minutes before the appointment informing me that we could “wait in the waiting room” while the doctor finished a C-section. When we asked for a specific time instead of waiting indefinitely, we were rescheduled for later that same afternoon. Unfortunately, things only got worse. Front desk staff talking about patients and the obgyn. Very rude I felt very judged and uncomfortable I left my appointment and I AM A NEW PATIENT never coming here again
Definitely did not enjoy the experience I was given here. Was not told prior to coming in I would be needing to take a photo to "verify" my identity just seemed weird and off to me. Office staff are very passively rude, openly talking about patients behind their windows. Very loud to basically give no privacy to anyone. That is concerning to me. Doctors are great, they are not the problem, the staff definitely are. Also the parking lot is ridiculous, too confusing especially for someone who is a 1st time patient coming here ... read more
I will not recommend going to the facility- atleast the Gyne aspect. I arrived at 1:15 for a 1:30pm appointment after they had called me several time in the previous week asking that I arrived 10-15 minutes early. During the check-in process, I find it odd that the receptionist asked me to sign several documents that she was looking at on her screen(a screen that I couldn’t see myself).
