I will not recommend going to the facility- atleast the Gyne aspect. I arrived at 1:15 for a 1:30pm appointment after they had called me several time in the previous week asking that I arrived 10-15 minutes early. During the check-in process, I find it odd that the receptionist asked me to sign several documents that she was looking at on her screen(a screen that I couldn’t see myself). Long wait times! Definitely nothing express or urgent about the care here!
I don't make a habit of giving poor reviews but this is the second time I've had a terrible experience and people need to be aware. When I'm sick I rarely slow down but I've been miserable for days. My throat is swollen and painful, I've got a terrible cough, my ears hurt, my teeth even hurt. She said my throat looked good, my glands were good, and my lungs sounded good.
