Considering they only have one person working in the Lab to run the whole side, I think Lucy deserves some praise. She's drawing the blood and working the front desk today all by herself. She's a powerhouse. Super friendly and doing her very best with what she has been given. She was honest with the following people who came in to let them know there will be a wait because she was alone. I've heard the lab has been short staffed, so if you're not willing to be understanding, go somewhere else for your labs!
Terrible inconsistent lab. They say they opened at 7am. 4 other people and I waited outside for 20 minutes and nobody ever showed up to open. I went back the next day to attempt my labs and a nurse was walking in after smoking a cigarette in her truck. I asked her if the lab was open and she rudely said no and walked right passed me. Terrible service. If I didn’t like my doctor so much I’d leave the network.
Very unreliable lab. Don’t bother to come here for blood work. I came here for the lab work in the morning and the lab was closed. Very disappointed. They assured me it is open on Saturdays. I had to go all the way to Munster on an empty stomach.
Franciscan doesn't really care about their patients.
I called the Engagement Center and spoke with Dusty R. What a wonderful person who was able to put my worries at ease and handle my issues. She is invaluable! A++++¥
