Franciscan doesn't really care about their patients.
I called the Engagement Center and spoke with Dusty R. What a wonderful person who was able to put my worries at ease and handle my issues. She is invaluable! A++++¥
Staff is really nice but dont go to Abigail NP if you are black, she dont believe you when you tell her your medical conditions. I asked for tint exemption because I've had astigmatism all my life and the sun gives me migraines as well as the new BRIGHT LED lights on trucks, without the tint im straining my eyes and more susceptible to accidents, she didnt believe me and said she "has no way of proving that" as if she has any way to prove anything else like back pains. My license says corrective lense and I have prescription... read more
Doctors are good. The staff is... just the worst. Slow inattentive, don't respond to phone calls or messages. Very frustrating. Always have to wait 1+ hours after my appointment time. I get some wait but at a point. When and if I get ahold of a Dr my experience has been pretty good but every time I go I swear I'm not going back to fransican. Need to get their act together
Dr.LeFlore is awesome! It was my first time at this clinic for a wellness check and it went great. She was kind, humble, caring and understanding. We discussed health and nutritional concerns with ease and she answered my questions in a positive way. She didn't rush and was easy to talk to. I look forward to seeing her again next year ☺️ I definitely recommend her for appointments!
