The experience couldn’t be worse. The nurses are rude and unprofessional. They coded something wrong with my insurance and despite my efforts they were unwelcoming to resolve it. I finally had to pay when I should not have. They don’t represent the Franciscan spirit at all.
Rude and unprofessional staff, unfortunately to the point of putting my loved ones health at risk. I wouldn't suggest this facility.

Don't waste your time or your health here. After calling to see if we could change doctors to a closer office they told us we could with our 3 boys, and our expected daughter. Insurance even called to verify. When I daughter was born a couple weeks after setting this up the baby unit nurse called to set an appointment up and was told no not accepting new patient's. I called to see what was going on and they fixed it. Few days later call in about a child that is sick and told nurse about on babies visit who said to keep home ... read more
