This review is for the lab process. The lab techs are great, but it's ridiculous that I make an 8 a.m. lab appointment, which is when the lab opens, and arrive before 8 a.m. only to be told there are two people ahead of me. Why bother making an appointment if it's actually first come first serve?!
Richard Zimmerman is a very nice attentive and patient Physician and I'll recommend him to everyone looking for a good Nurse Practitioner Dr for sure!!
I have never had a bad experience here, everyone has been courteous, professional, from check in,to nurses to doctors.
Front desk workers could be more positive
The experience couldn’t be worse. The nurses are rude and unprofessional. They coded something wrong with my insurance and despite my efforts they were unwelcoming to resolve it. I finally had to pay when I should not have. They don’t represent the Franciscan spirit at all.
