I have never had a bad experience here, everyone has been courteous, professional, from check in,to nurses to doctors.
Front desk workers could be more positive
The experience couldn’t be worse. The nurses are rude and unprofessional. They coded something wrong with my insurance and despite my efforts they were unwelcoming to resolve it. I finally had to pay when I should not have. They don’t represent the Franciscan spirit at all.
Rude and unprofessional staff, unfortunately to the point of putting my loved ones health at risk. I wouldn't suggest this facility.
Seems unprofessional! I will spend my money elsewhere!
