The front desk assistant, she is the pregnant one of the bunch, she has nothing but attitude and treats all people that come in unjustly. My fiancée is a patient here and has went through the same treatment. She is very unprofessional and should not be employed there, the attitude goes unchecked. She is not the only one but definitely the worst out of all.
Not helpful. Treat you like you work there and should know all the information. Then tell you they can’t help you. I was just trying to schedule lab work. Jenny wanted me to drive to Lafayette for a simple blood test.
This review is for the lab process. The lab techs are great, but it's ridiculous that I make an 8 a.m. lab appointment, which is when the lab opens, and arrive before 8 a.m. only to be told there are two people ahead of me. Why bother making an appointment if it's actually first come first serve?!
Richard Zimmerman is a very nice attentive and patient Physician and I'll recommend him to everyone looking for a good Nurse Practitioner Dr for sure!!
I have never had a bad experience here, everyone has been courteous, professional, from check in,to nurses to doctors.
