If you want a professional certified trainer go elsewhere. Inaccurate certification and license information advertised about the trainer we worked with. (her profile is still inaccurate to this day) She violated the "zero tolerance for drugs" policy that Franciscan has in place to protect its members in the facility and management is only concerned with covering up the situation by deleting my husbands review and apparently the lack of investigation to our report.
