30 years experience with the staff at this clinic. Always easy to make appointment. Everyone there very attentive and willing to really listen to my concerns. Answer all my questions fully and make sure I understand medications. Excellent references to specialists. HIghly recommend without reserve.
If I could negative stars I would! Went here for wellness exam and routine blood work. It's close to my house and had bad experiences here before buts it's in network and close to where I live. Well they are bill happy here. I had to have certain criteria for my wellness at work like to prove no nicotine which I never smoked in my life. Well year before I had to pay a little because not covered this year it's 5 times the cost.I made several phone calls to this death trap and they avoid you . No phone call back. I can not express how happy I am to find this office. I have been seeing Dr. Jolanta-Lopez for several years now. She is very kind, patient and thorough. This office and staff are the best.
