I was seeing a doctor through this facility for 15+ years and unfortunately she had to quit due to their practice here. They’re don’t care. I would never recommend going here. The new Doctors are very dismissive, Especially Dr. Carly Elston. The nurses even argue with you When you have questions or concerns about things. They don’t care about their patients here. It’s all just a money sign for them. Please take my recommendation and go elsewhere like IU.
i’ve had 3 doctors there and all 3 have left. there is a reason why they are all leaving… they do not listen to you at all. they just want you in and out. dinia so so rude. please go anywhere but here.
This office is terrible I do not recommend. The practitioners cycle through rapidly because they are overwhelmed with work and don't stay long. New doctors come in and don't know you. A family member had their rescue anxiety meds taken away without reason WITHOUT STEPPING DOWN and the only thing they offered was Partial Hospitalization program ?!. It's absolutely insane this is what healthcare is today. A DISGRACE
We like the docs, really we do, but the system is asinine. If you have a sick kid and call for an appointment literally the moment the office opens, forget it. They’re all filled. Not sure how, but they are. Want a nurse to call you back? Not gonna happen. No call backs even when requested. Finally get through hoping to get help from your kids doc? Nope. Take them to urgent care. Absolutely useless system, process, protocol, whatever. Useless. Why do I even have a doc for my kid??
