I'm giving this office 5 stars for the treatment I received from 2013-2025. I saw Anna Welch from 2013-2015 and was treated well. Anna left but the location stayed the same in the neighborhood off of union and creasy. I started seeing Dr Gaeta as my primary care doctor until she was forced to leave because, Franciscan was cutting costs. I also saw Dr Pletcher for a kidney stone and I think anyone ever treated by Dr Pletcher knows that she's a genius and very good with patients. Can't be bothered to be open at 2 PM on a Tuesday
I was seeing a doctor through this facility for 15+ years and unfortunately she had to quit due to their practice here. They’re don’t care. I would never recommend going here. The new Doctors are very dismissive, Especially Dr. Carly Elston. The nurses even argue with you When you have questions or concerns about things. They don’t care about their patients here. It’s all just a money sign for them. Please take my recommendation and go elsewhere like IU.
