I read one other reviewer was turned away for being 5 minutes late, but they'll keep you waiting for 40 minutes! You'll get to hear most of what's being said in the next room, too.
My husband and I have been seeing the doctors here for many years. The care they give is very good. However, the new policy of always having an appt is not good. If we have the flu with a fever or some other ailment and are offered an appt next week it doesn’t work for us. We have been turned away time after time and end up going to an urgent care location.
Been there for years great doctors ,my doctor takes care of my needs!!
Very clean facility with ample parking and it feels very safe.
I had a appointment with Dr Nancy Gamarra -Flores at 2:20 which I made a mistake and thought that my appointment was at 2:30 p.m. I got there at 2:40 p.m. and I was turned away because I was 5 minutes late over the 15 minute grace period you're given. When I made my appointment I clearly told them that I got off of work at 2:30 p.m. they said they were going to put a note in for me to be 15 minutes late, however, when I got there they turned me away even after I explained that I was in great need of my high blood pressure me... read more
