The second time I’ve had issues with two separate doctors from here. I really liked the care from the doctor that was recommended to me after my first complaint of the first doctor, by the management team. But after this incident with the professionalism from the doctors medical staff is ridiculous. After making so many phone calls and having to deal with a clinical staff member from this doctors office complaining about her job and working with his doctor is unprofessional. Wife was completely ignored and disregarded, didn’t even allow me to speak to them and told me to ask my wife if I had any questions in regards to the appointment. Will be suing the doctor if the issue she went in for (which was totally disregarded in every aspect) becomes a greater problem or causes permanent damage.
Brought my mom 89 to urgent care due to a toe infection that antibiotics were not helping. The Dr took one look and said she had gout??? 10 days later she had to have the toe amputated because it became/had gangrene. The Dr had paid no attention to what we said. Terrible er. This happened in 2019.
