I love Dr. Otherson. Staff is always polite. I just called today for a follow-up after going to immediate care and was hoping for a same day appointment. I was able to get an appointment with another nurse practioner.
Othersen is an absolute pathetic doctor, didn't help my Mother in three years, staff sucks even more!!!!
