I’ve come to this office for a very long time.. you can’t get into see your own doctor sick or not. You get put on a waiting list and hope someone cancels. I saw someone other than my physician who didn’t want to test me for flu or covid. Reason being if I had the flu I’d be running a high fever. Covid I just had in August. Monday I spent in the ER and I have the flu, imagine that’.That was not my only issue but I need a follow up per ER and office but my physician is booked into April. I’m on the wait list.
Made an appointment with Alexandra Smith, PA to treat an ear infection. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

I love Dr. Otherson. Staff is always polite. I just called today for a follow-up after going to immediate care and was hoping for a same day appointment. I was able to get an appointment with another nurse practioner.
