Dr. Ponce de Leon was fantastic. He spent a significant amount of time with me, explaining the various tests, symptoms, treatments, just a great amount of information provided over one appointment. He is intelligent, experienced, communicates well, and has good bedside manner. Highly recommended.
No one ever answers their phone. They keep sending me letters & emails to make an appointment but how can I when staff refuses to answer the phone? Literally been sitting on hold with no answer for over 40 minutes now!!! They don't allow us to email them via Mychart either! Edit... it's been over an hour on hold, with no answer, no directory, nothing! This is so unprofessional
