Told me they haven’t had a neurologist in years, had to go back to talk to my provider for a different referral elsewhere.
I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I had to reschedule due to unexpected life events, and even though I called ahead to inform them, it was still classified as a “no show.” As a result, I was banned from scheduling with this clinic. On top of that, my rescheduled appointment was apparently canceled without any notification to me. I have seen Dr Martinez for many years and never had a problem with him or the wonderful lady at the front desk. I called yesterday morning because I needed information regarding my medicine. I needed the date that I was first prescribed the medicine. The lady at the front desk told me that the woman in the back would send me a message through my chart. My husband's appointment was on November 2022 and they cancelled it without even telling us (I'm the one who makes the appointments). We've been trying to be re-scheduled or even referred to the Tacoma facility and it seems that the referral "they sent" since February 16th hasn't been approved and they've been telling us that they'll call. Today was my 4th call and they told me that again. My husband needs his refills but they can't help with that either.
