My husband's appointment was on November 2022 and they cancelled it without even telling us (I'm the one who makes the appointments). We've been trying to be re-scheduled or even referred to the Tacoma facility and it seems that the referral "they sent" since February 16th hasn't been approved and they've been telling us that they'll call. Today was my 4th call and they told me that again. My husband needs his refills but they can't help with that either.
The worst customer service, they care only about money not your health
I scheduled my appointment 5 months ago. Waiting and hoping I can finally get help in controlling my migraines. I get a call yesterday July 13, 2022 that my appointment that is scheduled on July 20, 2022 has been cancelled. The doctor is no longer working there and the other doctor is scheduled out till March 2023. Their office did not give me any other options/suggestions. So, I have to now start all over again. Will NEVER go here. Bad customer service!
Been waiting for my appointment since April 2022 and 1 day before my scheduled appointment I received the call that is canceled and they can reschedule for next year - April 2023. I had an urgent need to see the doctor and they with no reason and no regrets just cancelled it. What a bad customer service. Please avoid this location and be aware that I'm not the first person they doing this scam!!!! After taking day off from work and preparing to see doctor, last minute they cancelled. No words.
This place won't even pick up their phone to make an appointment.
