Dr. Howard at Franciscan Nuerology is knowledgeable and is so thorough she helped me with my issue on the first visit and was professional and courteous. The staff is amazing and professional I wish I could give them more stars. Dr. Howard and her staff are assets to Franciscan Nuerology. If your looking for a Neurologist look no further this Dr. and her staff are rockstars.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I have had my appointment (in network referral) set since February, it is now 4 days away from what was supposed to be my appointment, and I got a call that Dr.Howard conveniently will not be in the office and I need to reschedule. (Memorial Day weekend) so I say this to you, Dr. Howard- your patients have waited MONTHS anxiously to be seen. NEW!!!!!!! I do not recommend this clinic for one doctor in particular. I saw her for migraines. I had an event that caused a temporary loss of blood to the brain and was never told what that meant. I asked and asked and I was accused of so many things and then told that my psychiatric issues are "out of control." (my therapist can attest that isn't true). The Dr said numerous times that I needed to step up my therapy and my answer was always that "I'd been in therapy for the better part of 30 years" after my abusive marriag... read more
This is the first doctor that EVER went through the steps to figure out my migraines and get me on proper treatment. Am on Botox every three months, it has minimized my migraines immensely. She's very quick to respond and recommend changes to meds when needed. I very much appreciate what Dr. Howard has done for me.
