Place is a joke. There were 2 people in there, I was told I’d have to wait 1.5 hours for my TEST RESULTS that I had to come back for. Turned out they lost all my medical paperwork. Idiots.
I was super sick and could not find an urgent care that could see me with waits shorter than 3 hours. Finally found this one and they had me seen within 30 mins, everybody was SUPER nice, efficient and got me exactly what I needed to start feeling better soon. Thanks team!
Was asked if I could be put on a brief hold. I agreed. It’s been 10minutes now and nobody has picked up the phone.
I don’t like posting bad reviews about medical facilities because I know the struggle of working in healthcare but this place is a place I plan to avoid due to the rude undertrained staff. I feel terrible for the doctors that have to work with them. Do better Franciscan.
The staff was WONDERFUL! Except the primary doctor. She is impartial, impatient and talks down to you. I get that she's busy but it came across as very rude and inconsiderate. In and out as quickly as she could, while (I assume) the CNAs were friendly, upbeat and kind. Mad props to the CNA with stickers, made the visit much more enjoyable! Additionally, not one person managed to say a name right, ranging wildly from close to just nowhere near. Think calling a Robert Reggie.
