Had such a disappointing experience here. From the front desk to my visit with Mary Frances Stinson to the blood draw from the phlebotomist, it felt as though nobody cared about my concerns. I assume it is partially due to the fact that I am a medicaid patient. The doctor had no response to any of my concerns and no input or recommendations for lifestyle choices. I was a new patient and was able to make an appointment for the following day with the Westwood location. They had a new doctor and I said sure! Showed up 15 min before my appointment to do paperwork. Saw Mary Stinson for a concern I had. She was great and I was in and out in an hour.
