I had a really good experience coming to this location and being seen by Dr Koo for my perimenopause symptoms after feeling dismissed by my regular np. The visit was efficient, I felt my concerns were heard. She ordered imaging that can be done at this location in under a month wait, after imaging, I hope to come to a conclusion as to how to move forward with my care plan for mid life best health. The staff seem happy to be there and friendly which is really important to see, as I'm a former medical assistant in the field.

I am only in Seattle for a short period of time. I ONLY wanted a wellness exam. This was conveyed to them. I still had to have a new patient appointment where we went over all family history. Normally this is done at the wellness exam as it is part of preventative care. They even asked me if I had any updates/changes at my exam.
