I’m updating my review from five stars to three. The reason for the lower stars now is because it is impossible to get through to a receptionist to make an appointment. They used to have appointments you could make yourself online. I’m just trying to make me and my daughter’s yearly annual exams and when I try to book myself online it tells me there’s nothing available for like months out. This used to be an easy thing that I could schedule myself online, but they’ve taken away all the appointment days and times. I will sit ... read more

From Kim at the front desk who had me in tears due to her aggressive and rude behaviors prior to even being seen. To Hermenigilda Eusebio, who truly has no business being in healthcare. There is a reason this place has a two-star rating. I called to schedule for a blood test before surgery and was treated extremely rude on the phone! Very unprofessional.
