I came to drop off a sample, I've currently been waiting for 40 minutes, no telling how long I will wait. The ladies at the front were very kind though not everyone can sit around just to drop something off. I understand how it works, there is no excuse for 40+ minutes of waiting just to drop something off.
Very nice staff and also provider, they are fast and very professional.
