There is a reason this place has a two-star rating. I called to schedule for a blood test before surgery and was treated extremely rude on the phone! Very unprofessional.
I had to schedule an appointment 5 months in advance for 7a. I arrived at clinic at 7:03a, as I had recently moved 40 minutes away. I waited in line to check in. Was told they could not see me because they have a very strict 1 minute late policy. Was told they could get me in 2 months later. In all reminder calls and text messages I was never notified of this policy.
