Completely frustrated by receptionist being able to provide the tiniest bit of help. Bad attitude, short answers with no information, and, a totally uncaring demeanor. I understand that everyone is under a lot of pressure these days but as a patient and as a customer this experience was unacceptable and completely disregarded the care in healthcare. Please provide training or arrange for a different position for this person. Or set up an exit interview.
