Dr Alejo is the best, he’s one of the good guys, very smart and down to Earth. I trust him with my baby bump and medical needs. He's always very respectful of us and our beliefs, and listens to our ideas and gives good advice. Dr Hwang is excellent for advanced maternal age care. I have had the pleasure of meeting both doctors here. The rest of the staff is also wonderful from the lovely folks working the desk to the nurses and assistants running the back. All billing and support has been outsourced to the Philippines. It is near impossible to get the help you want when you need to discuss your billing. Should be criminal!
Unhelpful and unprofessional office. They were late on renewing a critical prescription and refused to help after multiple messages and a phone call. Told me I’ll just have to wait until they get to it - which is after I’ll run out of the medication.
I have waited for 6 months for my appointment time, only to find out the doctor I was to see was terminated. They put me back at the end of the line, with another 8 months wait. Seems like a really poorly run medical facility. From the looks of these other reviews, I may have dodged a bullet!
