Why is proper medical care dictated by your insurance company's willingness to pay? The latest is Franciscan scheduler whereas a robot dials you, tells you by robot to schedule an appointment then sends you to the same message you get when you call them yourself. You sit on hold forever and when you have several orders from the doctor, you have to choose 1 of many options that don't fit the phone system. I'm absolutely done with Franciscan.
Terrible customer service. They NEVER answer the phone. It takes 15+ minutes to get through to the message to even elect for a call-back list, then they call hours later. They issued a referral after a virtual visit for my toddler in April, reassuring me the referral office would call us to schedule once they sent it over. It's now May, I've reached out to the specialty office twice and the specialty referral's office said they can't make an appointment for my son until the referral is received.
