Great place. Takes care of all my medical needs. Professional people...they seem to care
Thoroughly disappointed. I waited 8 months for a visit with an NP, spent about 10 minutes with the provider where PREVENTATIVE screenings were ordered, and my general history was taken. Zero physical exam was provided, and the visit was billed as a non preventative visit, so now for receiving absolutely zero care other than ordering some tests, I have the pleasure of paying several hundred dollars. So beware how your visits will be coded, and ask for full disclosure up front.
Dr. Libre has to be the most unreliable Dr there. He cancels and reschedules for being out of the office constantly.
*****Please Read Before Going Here***** If only 0 stars was an option… Was admitted to critical care here and after multiple short staff delays and runaround was discharged after 3 days in critical care only to be told I would have to do all of the required follow ups as out patient care. This sounded easy, but as soon as I was discharged I could no longer get a hold of my doctor who wrote the referrals and was told that even though they wanted me to come back in less than 1 week for a follow up my referrals did not have an ... read more
