Dr. Thoopham is an amazing pediatrician and her staff is fantastic.
This office called my 16 year old's cell number and asked her to schedule her own well child appointment. I'm not sure why the receptionist continued to have her continue scheduling when they realized they didn't contact me or her dad. I only found out about this appointment because I have her mychart setup and saw it there. On the day of her appointment, I assumed her dad would take her since he took her to her last well child exam (we live in separate households). The staff are always friendly and professional. Primary care Provider, Kelcey Webster takes his time to listen to my concerns and values my input in involving me in my care. I don't feel like I'm being rushed just to get to the next patient for billing purposes. Nowadays, it is very rare to find a provider like him.
Drove in for an appointment on a very stormy evening. Called ahead to let them know we will be running 15 minutes behind due to traffic, they say thats fine and appreciate the call. We finally get there and are TURNED AWAY. Lousy customer service agents at the front desk do not care, gave me a word salad, none of which made sense or makes up for the fact we drove 45 minutes for nothing. I will be looking for a new doctor for my mother. I was just treated with disrespect by one of the front desk staff. She meddled in when I was talking to another receptionist about my frustration in not being able to get a hold of anyone which was crucial since my mom's situation was urgent.
