Really regret having chose this place as my primary care. I've never waited anywhere close to this long on the phone just to make an appointment. Last time I waited over 45 min and as I'm sitting on the phone now, it's been 25 min. I live 6 min away. I will be driving in to make my appointment from now on. Ridiculous! It's no wonder your reviews are so poor. And it's almost entirely the Front Desk! Get someone to answer the damn phone! Now it's been 1 hr! It's 4:16 pm.
I have been a patient for years there. Overall very happy with the service and staff.
Dr. Thoopham is an amazing pediatrician and her staff is fantastic.
This office called my 16 year old's cell number and asked her to schedule her own well child appointment. I'm not sure why the receptionist continued to have her continue scheduling when they realized they didn't contact me or her dad. I only found out about this appointment because I have her mychart setup and saw it there. On the day of her appointment, I assumed her dad would take her since he took her to her last well child exam (we live in separate households).
