I have been a patient for years there. Overall very happy with the service and staff.
Dr. Thoopham is an amazing pediatrician and her staff is fantastic.
This office called my 16 year old's cell number and asked her to schedule her own well child appointment. I'm not sure why the receptionist continued to have her continue scheduling when they realized they didn't contact me or her dad. I only found out about this appointment because I have her mychart setup and saw it there. On the day of her appointment, I assumed her dad would take her since he took her to her last well child exam (we live in separate households). The staff are always friendly and professional. Primary care Provider, Kelcey Webster takes his time to listen to my concerns and values my input in involving me in my care. I don't feel like I'm being rushed just to get to the next patient for billing purposes. Nowadays, it is very rare to find a provider like him.
